Wholesale Properties

Here are the properties we currently have available in our Wholesale Inventory. Most of the properties we find are Post-Foreclosure, usually REOs or HUDs. The Denver Metro Real Estate Market is ripe with Steals and Deals. Typically, we have these properties "under control:" under contract to close within a few weeks.

While we work hard to keep the list fresh and current, occasionally properties get "taken" quicker than we can update the list. We recommend that you call us to verify the property is available and how you can view or visit the property.

Because Wholesale Investing is our specialty, we can provide you with lender options: owner occupied, non-owner occupied, seasoned or unseasoned, hard money or soft. We're usually not lenders but we've learned a thing or two and can point you in the right direction. Did I say we're not realtors? We're not realtors. We're not mortgage brokers. We're not bankers. We're not appraisers. We're not insurance agents. Simply stated: we're investors.

Please note that Wholesale Properties are often distressed and need work. Some require very little work. The best overall strategy in our current market is to Fix and Flip OR Buy and Hold / Rent To Own (they all work!). We provide fix up estimates for budgetary purposes. Actual repair numbers may vary.
